I know I can't be the only one who likes video games, so talk about any kind of video game here.
My favorite video game in the whole world is still the original Monster Rancher game for the Sony PlayStation. So many fond memories with that game. My least favorite game is Dark Castle for the Sega Genesis. That has to be the worst game I've ever played.
Your turn.

My favorite genre in video games are FPS games. Call of Duty, Battlefield, Gears of War, Doom, Wolfenstein, Halo, Left 4 Dead, etc. I think my favorite out of all of them is Call of Duty. Of course I also like the Resident Evil franchise as evident by my choice of avatar.

I like FPS games as well, but my favorite video game series of all time is of course Mass Effect. I didn't care too much for the first entry, but the second one greatly improved the series and was more of a good third-person-shooter than the first. Which I could appreciate. Also, Garrus was a badass in 2.

I like Mass Effect 1 story and characters better than 2's, but I like 2's gameplay better than 1's. They really improve the gameplay elements in the sequel.
Also I agree, Garrus was badass in 2.

Mass Effect 1 feels like the weakest of the trilogy. In my opinion the franchise really took off upon the release of 2 than it did with the original.

When I play either 1 or 2 for a long time and then go back to the other I have relearn the controls each and every time. They really are night and day in their differences. I have to agree with Garrus that 2 is the better entry. I like the cast better too.

On a different note, I have to say I respect video game designers more after learning what all it takes to make a game. It takes one million lines of code to make a bad game, and probably even more to make a good game. And they have to go through every line of code to make sure everything is working, and they make it from scratch. It just sounds crazy what all they have to go through to entertain us.
